Hiring Counselling Psychologist

Immediate opening for a counselling psychologist (May 2022)

Qualification – Minimum MA/M.Sc in counselling psychology from a reputed university. At least 2 years of relevant experience, working in a counselling centre/ EAP/thriving private practice Skills – 1. Knowledge of counselling skills and ability to apply them in session 2. Excellent communication skills – spoken and written

Role and Responsibilities – 1. Offer individual and couple counselling/psychotherapy sessions for our clients 2. Facilitate trainings, workshops and support groups (online & offline ) 3. Supervise and guide psychology interns 4. Manage corporate accounts – coordinate with the HR and work on effective programme implementation 5. Develop content for trainings programs – offline and online 6. Maintain psychotherapy notes and all relevant documentation 7. Must be willing to travel to client site to deliver program/ meeting if required. 8. Must be flexible to lend hand and support other departments with their work if required. 9. Must have good theoretical knowledge of evidence based psychotherapies. 10. Willing to develop content for social media, collate resources and write articles related to mental health.

Three months probation and one year work contract once the employment is confirmed. Contract will be renewed after one year based on performance and requirement. This is a full time, work from office role Remuniration as per industry standards

Immediate requirement – 1) Students of post graduate degree in counselling/clinical psychology 2) Excellent grasp over counselling skills 3) Interest in facilitating group work.
