Paridhi Agarwal is a RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Associate). She has completed her UG in Psychology from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi and her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Amity University. Post her Masters she went on to complete a 1-year Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology, which gives her the RCI license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist (Associate) in India. Through this diploma she has the license to administer formal psychological assessments and diagnose mental disorders.

With her zest for knowledge she further went on to pursue her MS in Infancy and Early Childhood Development in a full time course for United College London (UCL). She further gathered experience in working with adults and children in the UK. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in psychology.

On the therapy front, Paridhi has completed over 5000+ therapy hours and has over 4 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist. She has been trained as a clinical psychologist in hospitals like Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi, Kings George medical university, Lucknow and other psychiatric and rehabilitation centers. She has consulted a diverse clientele from children to adolescence to adults.

As a Clinical Psychologist, she is trained to interview and diagnose mental health disorders. She can administer, analyze and interpret commonly used psychometric assessments (personality assessments, depression, anxiety, Adult ADHD). She can also carry out clinical workup, plan psychosocial interventions and set goals.She is adept in handling most mental health concerns but has particular interest in – mood disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, relationship issues, anger management, stress-related problems, and psychotic disorders.

Paridhi’s overarching mission centers around facilitating individuals in navigating their socio-emotional and psychological landscapes. Her goal is to guide them towards self-reflection, self-exploration, and heightened self-awareness, ultimately empowering them to attain a state of psychological well-being.
