About Ritika Chaturvedi

Ritika Chaturvedi is a Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Christ University. She has over 2.5 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults across clinical settings and educational institutions. She is a trauma informed professional.

She started her career by working as a Senior Executive Psychologist at ALLEN Career Institute, where she supported students, parents, and educators through academic stress and emotional challenges. She has particularly helped JEE and NEET aspirants through performance pressure and burnout.  She has also worked with schools in the capacity of a Psychologist.

Ritika is adept in supporting clients with anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, academic and workplace stress, and life transitions. She also works with individuals going through relationship challenges by helping them identify patterns, work on their boundaries, communication, and self-compassion.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centred Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care. She tailors therapy to each client’s individual needs and is currently undergoing training towards the Certified Clinical Trauma Professional – Level II (CCTP-II) certification.

Ritika views therapy as a collaborative conversation where insight develops alongside compassion, rather than through judgment or pressure. She believes meaningful change begins with approaching ourselves with curiosity instead of criticism, and works with clients to build insight, navigate challenges, and create lasting change aligned with their values.
