It offers you a confidential and non-judgemental space to work through your challenges and build a life that is fulfilling and meaningful.
Once you have made the booking and completed the payment, you will received the consent and registration form from our team. Please fill that up and join the session at the time of the appointment.
Yes, Sessions are strictly confidential. However there are a few exceptions to this clause. If your therapist assesses a significant risk to your life, harm to someone else, finds you reporting illegal activity or the court demands a note, then confidentiality will be breached. The full details of this T&C will be given to you before your session and your consent will be taken before proceeding with your appointment.
No, you will be speaking with a Psychologist. Psychologists are professionals with a masters degree and above in clinical or counselling Psychology. They are trained to help you make lasting and sustainable changes to your mental health using talk therapy. No medications or diagnosis will be provided.
We require a 24 hour notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your session. If you fail to provide this notice, 100 % of the session fee will be charged as cancellation fee. If you have booked through a package, then that appointment will be considered as used.
We do not work with addiction related issues (any form, including - substance, porn, sexual) . We also do not work with severe mental disorders like Psychosis, DID etc. We also do not support areas related to autism, Learning disability and more.
