About Sruthi Prem

Sruthi Prem is a Senior Counselling Psychologist and Rehabilitation Psychologist with over nine years of experience across clinical, educational, community and organisational settings. She holds an M.Sc. in Psychological Counselling and an M.Phil. in Rehabilitation Psychology.

Sruthi has worked with adults from diverse backgrounds across India, the UAE and other international settings. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, workplace challenges and significant life transitions.

Her clinical experience includes working as a Counselling Psychologist and Care Coordinator at Everheal, where she supported women through prenatal, pregnancy and postnatal transitions and worked with couples. At Mom’s Belief, she led theCounselling and Behaviour Intervention team, overseeing more than 500 cases and collaborating closely with psychologists, parents and educators. 

At PeakMind, Sruthi worked as a Manager and Counselling Psychologist, developing programmes focused on emotional skills, self-awareness and personal growth among students. She has also provided behavioural therapy and counselling at Icon Group Thailand, working closely with children, parents and caregivers.

Alongside her clinical work, Sruthi has experience in employee wellbeing, learning and development, organisational processes and employee engagement. Her work with organisations such as Ahanas Design for Space and JoVE has also given her experience working with global institutions and multicultural teams.

Sruthi takes a warm, collaborative and individualised approach to therapy. She believes therapy is not about offering ready-made answers. Instead, it is a space where clients can better understand their thoughts, emotions and patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and work towards meaningful and sustainable change.
